The Bhoys will take the next step in our quest for a unique Treble in manager Brendan Rodgers’ first season on Sunday 5th March. The game against St Mirren will kick-off at 12.30pm.

Although the Buddies haven’t enjoyed a much success in their league campaign, the Saints do have a decent cup record against Celtic having won the last two meetings between the clubs, 1-0 in Paisley and 3-2 at Hampden.

And current St Mirren boss Jack Ross knows what to expect when he brings his team to Celtic Park, he was in charge of fellow Championship side Alloa Athletic when they visited Paradise in the League Cup earlier this season.

On that occasion his team held out for 83 minutes before a James Forrest shot and Moussa Dembele pile driver gave the Hoops a 2-0 win.
