Who’ll Be At Paradise Today, The Faithful or The Critics?
Posted by: | CommentsCeltic SUPPORTERS, Not Critics Needed At Celtic Park!
Regardless of the score between the Sheep and the MM before today’s game, we the support have a major role to play at Celtic Park.
Let’s get rid of the anxiety from the stands when a player makes a bad pass, or misses a chance or has a strop (Skippy in particular). It’s up to us to get behind the players, the manager and yes, the board.
None of the three deliberately go out and f**k things up. It just happens sometimes. Sure we all wish they’d do better but at the end of the day they are only human.
And let’s not hear the crap about how much money they earn. We’re supposed to be supporters, not accountants.
We have an opportunity to show everyone what Celtic mean to us. We’re in it for the long haul, so let’s show why we’re the best supporters in the land.
C’mon the Hoops!
Day Off We Didn’t Want…

I’ve no doubt this week’s bonding in La Manga will have done the Bhoys a world of good and set us up nicely for the SPL run-in.
But I still feel the Hoops should have been away preparing for a Scottish Cup semi-final this weekend.
If the draw had stayed the same, we’d be taking on the Manky Mob at Hampden today for the second time in a month.
Gubbing the Huns, again, would have been a double blow to them, and no doubt would have had a knock-on effect in the SPL.
But our inability to score against St Mirren only a week after hitting seven past them has cost us this opportunity.
So, it looks like we’ll all have to be Buddies for a day……
Ohhh Hampden In The Sun…Half Past Five You Couldn’t See A Hun !!!!
Posted by: | CommentsI attended my first ever Cup Final at Hampden Park in 1965 at the tender age of seven and never, I do mean never, have I seen such desertion from a group of supporters as I witnessed yesterday from Scotland’s Shame at the final whistle in the CIS Cup Final.
Now this is the “Quintessentially British Club” you know stiff upper lips and all that chap who never give up on anything…The No Surrender Loyal through and through brigade..The “Hello Hello” and “Follow Follow” boys who with their team a goal down with five minutes remaining in extra-time started to leave in their droves and who then when The Bhoys were awarded a penalty in the last minute abandoned ship quicker than those on the titanic and by that I mean in their thousands. Women and Children first I hope.
Loyal my arse….Indeed by the time “Wee Greetin Faced Barry” took his team of losers up the steps at Hampden to collect their “losers medals” it was witnessed by only “Hundreds of Scotland’s Shame” in the most shameful display of supporting your team at a national cup final ever seen. Once again I see the Rankers friends in the Laptop Loyal have chosen to play this down a little…So no change there then.
It makes you proud to be a Celtic Supporter…You Know Faithful Through and Through… who even in the darkest days in finals have always waited for The Bhoys to collect their medals before sprinting like f**k out of there before the Rankers got the trophy and in-fact against other clubs I have know Celtic fans to wait until they received the trophy.
Simply The Best ?…Follow Follow and Loyal….You Are Having A Laugh….

Time For Brave Men..
Posted by: | CommentsFrom The Top To The Bottom
Tomorrow’s CIS Cup Final is symbolic in a number of ways even before a ball has been kicked in earnest.
The game gives the Hoops our first chance of a cup final success against our poor neighbours for nearly twenty years. (Hopefully it’ll be a better game, that one was dire!)

Joe Miller in 1989
Also the club can put an indifferent season onto a level footing.
Inconsistency has been the name of the game this term.
And this hasn’t just come from the players. Management have had to shoulder some of the blame with a mixture of weird and wonderful team selections. More weird than wonderful!
So, cometh the hour, cometh the man they say!
Only this time, it’s cometh the men.
From Ghordon Strachan, Neil Lennon and the backroom bhoys to Aiden McGeady, Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink, Shunsuke Nakamura and the rest of the bhoys who will pull on the Hoops tomorrow, it’s time to be brave.
And let’s not forget the role the Faithful have to play.
We don’t care if we win, lose or draw, what the hell do we care, for we only know that there’s going to be a show and the GLASGOW CELTIC will be there!
C’mon the Hoops!
Once A Dick….
Posted by: | CommentsReading that our summer target, Hungarian Szabolcs Huszti has signed for Russian mafia team, and conquerers of Scotland’s Shame, Zenit St Petersburg, their megalomaniac manager DICK Advocaat had a wee pop at the the Hoops.
He couldn’t resist.
“I’m delighted to have signed Huszti as I think he can be a top player. I’m surprised to hear Celtic had made him a priority because, to my knowledge, they made no offer.
“If we had not signed him, he would have gone to Hamburg. If this was bad news for Celtic, then I am okay with that.”
Huszti cost £2.5m and is set to replace the £15m Arsenal bound Andrei Arshavin.
Pity he wasn’t so cash conscious when he was at Legoland!
As they say, once a dick….
