BBC Help Out The Cash Strapped
ByAm I missing something here?
According to Hugh Keevins this morning, (so it must be right!), Sky Sports are showing Celtic’s away Scottish Cup 6th Round tie at the new St Mirren

Hugh Keevins
Park on Saturday March 7th, and Auntie (BBC) are showing the Huns v Hamilton tie on the Sunday, March 8th.
Can anyone tell me why the BBC are using us taxpayers money to prop-up the coffers of RFC Skint?
Surely Dunfermline and Aberdeen would have been better served by the Beeb by showing their fixture. Both clubs in serious need of cash, a hundred and odd miles apart, with both sets of fans given the chance to see the match live.
Makes more sense to me.
But no, the BBC would rather show their true colours and pour more money into Murray’s black hole. A ‘fool house’ and TV money for a game against their favourite ‘behind closed doors’ team Hamilton.
The Mint will be thinking it’s Christmas again!
BRITISH BLUENOSE CONFDERATION any further up Minty Murrays ar#e and they could floss his teeth.
You’re missing nothing at all, sir.
Never forget that every time Fat Traynor broadcasts the Record’s toxic anti-Celtic agenda on the BBC it is you who is paying for it.
The paper which gave us THUGS AND THIEVES, which libels Celtic as a matter of course, which sent Fat Traynor to Barcelona to harrass Martin O’Neill now has exclusive access to public service sports broadcasting here in Scotland.
The question remains: why is the BBC so anxious to the Record’s and the Rangers’ bidding?
