Loovens Banned !!! – Will SFA Now Review Actions of Rangers Trio & REF From Last Old Firm Match ????

By philemerald57

Time For Celtic F.C. Directors To Take Action !!!!!!!

Surprise Surprise…Glenn Loovens today finally found out that his One Match Ban handed out by the SFA Review Panel following the Old Firm match back in May will stand and as such he will now miss out this Saturday match at Paradise against Motherwell.

This now leads me to ask the question as to whether the same SFA Review Panel will now act with the same due diligence and bring charges against the Rankers trio of Lafferty, Novo & Weir following their “assaults” on Hoops players two weeks ago at Castle Greyskull? All captured on TV the same as Loovens and as it happens with the same Ref……Further more will they actually review the performance of their own Match Ref Craig Thomson who admitted he got “One Penalty” decision wrong but hadn’t the bottle or the inclination to admit to the others as this would have meant he would have to rescind the “yellow cards” handed out to Shaun Maloney and Mark Wilson and his supervisors at the SFA wouldn’t like that.

On the subject of Craig Thomson and his bosses at the SFA, including Hugh Dallas, I believe that Celtic Management and Directors have let us “The Faithful” down by not officially complaining about his performance and I also believe by not doing so they are condoning Ref Thomson and his Supervisors decision that Maloney and Wilson are “cheats” while TV Pictures proved beyond any reasonable doubt they are not. When will our Board stand up to be counted against officials ?..You know just like the Arsenal Manager and Directors did to UEFA on Eduardo’s ban….

The SFA have made a decision today to punish our club…Let’s now see some action from our Board of Directors…NOW !!!!!!

Hail Hail … FRP ….. 15th October 2009

Whine, whine, whine. and you’ve spelt Maloney wrong. You think you’d get that bit right.

  2. Tom C says:

Of course nothing will happen! The board will sit and take it all and we the supporters must give voice to our concerns. Another matter that bothers me is the apparent “Spokesperson” role of Martin Bain of the other crowd concerning any move away from the SPL(Europe or England)who appointed him as our spokesman.

  3. deadordead says:

you know and I know the board wont complain at least publicly, just look at the furore after we investigate hugh where’s ma sash dallas or after celtic fans proved a certain ref was a high up official in the orange order.I really think shareholders should bring up the subject at the agm later this month

Al…..Good to see that you contnue to log in to find out what we are up to…lol. Thanks also for pointing out the mistake just shows how much attention you pay to what we write… Hail Hail !!!!!!

  5. jim says:

I have already e-mailed the sfa referee representative , Mr. Drew Herbertson regarding these incidents and Novos deliberate attemmpt to push the ball into the net with his hand thus a second yellow card and another hun who should have been off.
As yet (over a week) no reply , just like when you ask the SPL to take action against Rearrangers for their fans racist chants , suddenly they hear no evil and see no evil,WHY ?

  6. Paranoid Timdroid says:

Ibrox is Snake Mountain. Not Castle Greyskull. I stopped reading there.

  7. Joe says:

I have no idea why we are complaining about this. The fact is he deserved the ban. He can try to cut this any way he chooses but he did stamp at Edu. He deserved the ban. Apart from that though, we all know the ref gets off sct-free for his abysmal showing in the huns game a few weeks back. Let’s face it, he didn’t act alone, so why would he be punished for following orders?

  8. philemerald57 says:

Paranoid Timdroid…We all have our own terms of dissaffection for Ibrox…You call it what you like..I call it what I like whilst others use different names to describe it. Shame you chose not to read on because of a name you don’t like…Hail Hail

  9. Max says:

I don’t know why everybody is so surprised.

The sfa wait until the laptop loyalists tell them what to do.
We seen it on a previous occassion, when an English based paper supplied images of Artur making hand gestures to ensure SFA sanction. I don’t think I’ve heard of such a thing, before or until now.

Sorry for the digression Fz, but I thought something I heard on radio snyde the other night might be worth a mention.

On the subject of young Islam playing for Scotland,on Tues night, Mark Giddy said he thought it was a good thing, he said he thought it would “make other children want to do better than the……………….”

Then there was a ready to drop pregnant pause as Giddy thought about what he was going to say next!
God only knows what depths of hunnery Mark was tossing around in his wee hun heed, but he quickly realised that it would be unwise to say it live!

The couple of pulses it took him to recover were exquisite!

You could hear his small brain whiring!

A slight panic in his breath!

Then Giddy said………………..”the kid sitting next to them at school”!!!!

    PURE COMEDY GOLD.

  10. joe o'neil says:

No chance of any complaint. Reid the War Criminal, would be afraid of his record being brought into light by the “HUN PRESS”

  11. Max says:

I dunno about the “HUN PRESS” joe, there seems to be plenty of “CELTIC SUPPORTERS” who are quite willing to do the dirty work for them, as often as possible and live on TV!!

  12. jazmataz says:

  13. Max says:

Reassuring to read Celtics statement on the official site.

Maybe we are chasing it down, but we’re just not shouting about it.

    Softly softly, catchey monkey.
