Before I get accused of being too negative towards the new Hoops management team, I’d like to know why we have so many members of Tony Mowbray’s crew talking to the media?
The same media that will crucify us if things go wrong!
Please forgive me if I’ve got this wrong but I canny remember John Robertson , Steve Walford or Gary Pendrey crowing to the press about what Celtic are doing. Can you?
One voice should eminate from Paradise, be it Tony Mowbray, Peter Lawwell or Peter Grant. One voice and one only.
All it takes is for the opinion of Mogga to come across different from that of Mark Venus and the media will murder us.
One voice, is that too much to ask?
This has got to be the most negative blog in Celtic cyberspace. Also, for the record, John Robertson, Steve Walford and Garry Pendrey all gave interviews when they were initially appointed. Every blog you post is a criticism of the club, which while is sometimes justified, would it not hurt you to smile one and again?
They are being introduced one at a time and giving press conferences that are organised by the club. I’m sure when the action starts there will be only one man that everyone will deal with!
Well at least it isn’t like the ignorance shown by Strachan and Co.

I think WGS had it bang on treating the laptop loyalists with the contempt they deserve!
If I had my way all press statements would come direct from CP and released only through the official club site, but unfortunately it’s part of the Setanta deal (and I’m sure whoever takes over will have a similar arrangement) that they get a pre match press con before every game from the management team and a player.
I always found Zicos press cons highly entertaining as he treated the hunscum media the same way and was not afraid to show his contempt and generally ran rings around them as they fired their usual loaded questions at him trying desperately to find that anti Celtic spin for the next days asswipe rags headline!
